Hearst is a leading media and content business operating across publishing, digital, entertainment and commercial partnerships. 

As Hearst continued to scale its commerce offering, a requirement emerged for a senior leadership level interim consultant to enhance performance for advertising partners and unlock additional revenue opportunities across the portfolio. 

Challenge: An urgent need to deliver immediate impact

Hearst required an individual who could quickly integrate into the business and deliver immediate impact across its commerce operations. 

The brief called for:
