As the organisation entered a new phase of growth, it sought to strengthen its senior leadership capability to support continued international expansion and commercial maturity. 

Challenge: Identifying experienced marketing leadership

At a pivotal moment in its development, TFP Fertility Group was building a new leadership team. The Sales and Marketing Director was a mission-critical hire with end-to-end commercial accountability.
