VP RevOps

A VP of Revenue Operations is an expanded version of the Director RevOps role, with broader scope and clearer accountability for how the revenue engine performs. They design the operating model across regions, segments and product lines - before ensuring it is adopted consistently - so the business can scale without regularly reworking the fundamentals.

They typically lead a wider function spanning systems, analytics, and the operational teams supporting sales, marketing and customer success, setting standards and governance that people actually follow. They are a close partner to the CRO and CEO, translating commercial goals into execution, surfacing what is really happening across the funnel, and driving the changes needed to deliver predictable results.
