What gives me confidence in a marketing leader? I think someone who's flexible, someone who understands the differing requirements of finance and marketing and someone who can adjust their plans to what's needed for the overall business and feels like they're in control. So I think mainly someone who knows their stuff, can adjust their numbers, understands what's required from a numbers point of view, but can hold their ground from a marketing point of view and and focus on their priorities as well.
